User Agreement

1General provisions

1.1This agreement (hereinafter - the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the user (hereinafter - the "User") and the service administration (hereinafter - the "Service") regarding the instant purchase of Telegram Stars.

1.2By using the Service, the User confirms that they have read and agree to the terms of this Agreement.

1.3The Service reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement without prior notice. The current version is always available on the Service website/platform.

2Terms of use

2.1Services are provided instantly after successful payment and the corresponding request from the User (purchase).

2.2The User agrees to use the Service solely within the law and not to take actions that may harm third parties or the Service's reputation.

2.3The User agrees to provide correct data for order fulfillment. Incorrect data may lead to incorrect service execution, for which the Service is not responsible.

3Service provision procedure

3.1The service is provided instantly after payment (purchase).

3.2The Service guarantees the quality of the services provided and fulfillment of obligations, provided the User enters correct data.

3.3After the transaction is completed, the service is considered delivered; refunds or corrections are not provided, except in cases of a technical error on the Service side.

3.4If stars have not been delivered to the account within 3 days, the Service undertakes to refund the Buyer within one week to the payment details used for the purchase.

4Payments and security

4.1All payments are processed through secure and trusted payment systems.

4.2The Service does not store or process the User's payment data.

5Liability of the parties

5.1The Service is not responsible for the consequences of the User's use of the service, including any possible restrictions from Telegram.

5.2The Service guarantees service fulfillment provided the data supplied by the User is correct.

5.3The User is responsible for using the service in accordance with applicable law.

6Confidentiality

6.1The Service ensures full confidentiality of data provided by the User and does not transfer it to third parties.

7Refund of funds

7.1Refunds are possible only in the event of a technical inability to provide the service due to the Service's fault.
